🔒 Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

ROTOR RESCUE ("we", "our", "us") is a single‑player video game developed by Luke Garrison. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The game does not request, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, device ID, or location).

2. Apple Game Center

ROTOR RESCUE may optionally use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is a service provided by Apple Inc. and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Game Center data; it is stored and managed entirely by Apple.

3. Data Storage & Security

Because we collect no personal data, there is no data to store or secure. Your game progress (such as scores, unlocked levels, and achievements) is saved locally on your device using the browser's local storage (for the web version) or Apple's standard data containers (for the native iOS app). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

4. Third‑Party Services

We do not integrate any third‑party advertising, analytics, or crash‑reporting frameworks. The game is entirely self‑contained.

5. Children's Privacy

ROTOR RESCUE is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will remove it.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
